萘系高效減水劑的化學(xué)成分為萘磺酸甲醛縮合物。萘系高效減水劑由工業(yè)萘(或精萘)經(jīng)濃硫酸磺化后用甲醛縮合、液堿中和而成,主要成分是β-萘磺酸甲醛縮合物,硫酸鈉的含量≤30%，屬非引氣型減水劑,其特點是減水率高,增強高,不引氣,適合配制各種早強、高強、蒸養(yǎng)、流態(tài)混凝土。萘系高效減水劑適用于所有鋼筋混凝土和預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土結(jié)構(gòu),可單獨使用,也可與其他外加劑復(fù)合使用。

①原料 萘(煤焦油腦、精萘)、硫酸、甲醛、氫氧化鈉、氧化鈣。

① Raw materials naphthalene (coal tar naphthalene, refined naphthalene), sulfuric acid, formaldehyde, sodium hydroxide, and calcium oxide.

②要生產(chǎn)設(shè)備 磺化反應(yīng)釜、縮合釜、中和槽、板框式過濾機、噴霧干燥設(shè)備。

④生產(chǎn)工藝及配制方法 萘系高效減水劑由萘與濃硫酸在160～165℃下,經(jīng)磺化后得到a-萘磺酸和β-萘磺酸,然后在120℃水解,除去a-萘磺酸。β-萘磺酸在酸催化下與甲醛縮合,最后用堿中和得萘磺酸甲醛縮合物粉狀減水劑。

④ Production process and preparation method: A naphthalene based high-efficiency water reducer is obtained by sulfonation of naphthalene and concentrated sulfuric acid at 160-165 ℃ to obtain a-naphthalene sulfonic acid β- Naphthalenesulfonic acid, then hydrolyzed at 120 ℃ to remove a-naphthenesulfonic acid. β- Naphthesulfonic acid condenses with formaldehyde under acid catalysis, and finally neutralizes with alkali to obtain a powdered water reducer of naphthesulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate.
