即使精萘在場地發(fā)生貨物泄漏也不必驚慌，值班安全員在場地巡檢時發(fā)現(xiàn)疑似泄漏情況會立即報給控制中心，之后穿戴輕型防化服抵近偵查，確認泄漏情況后，調(diào)度員會安排正面吊將該集裝箱搬移至應(yīng)急處理區(qū)，啟動現(xiàn)場處置方案。
