精萘又名萘（精），白色易揮發(fā)晶體，有溫和芳香氣味，粗萘有煤焦油臭味，閃點80℃，熔點 80.1℃ 沸點217.9℃，不溶于水，溶于無水乙醇、醚、苯，密度比水重，性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定，主要用于合成鄰苯二甲酸酐等。以往的衛(wèi)生球就是用萘制成的，但由于萘的毒性，現(xiàn)在衛(wèi)生球已經(jīng)禁止使用萘作為成分。

　　精萘屬于4.1類危險品即是易燃固體，應(yīng)密封貯存在陰涼處。對于此類貨物，公司通過以下方式進行管控：

　　Naphthalene belongs to Class 4.1 dangerous goods and is a flammable solid. It should be stored in a sealed and cool place. For such goods, the company controls them through the following methods:

　　一是入場前認真檢查貨物包裝，確保無泄漏才允許入場；

　　Firstly, carefully inspect the packaging of the goods before entering to ensure there are no leaks before allowing entry;

　　二是嚴格控制火源，確保場區(qū)內(nèi)消除一切火源；

　　The second is to strictly control the source of fire and ensure that all sources of fire are eliminated within the site;

　　三是加強巡檢，時刻關(guān)注貨物狀態(tài)，確保無泄漏現(xiàn)象；

　　四是利用先進的紅外測溫系統(tǒng)對貨物進行溫度監(jiān)控。即使精萘在場地發(fā)生貨物泄漏也不必驚慌，值班安全員在場地巡檢時發(fā)現(xiàn)疑似泄漏情況會立即報給控制中心，之后穿戴輕型防化服抵近偵查，確認泄漏情況后，調(diào)度員會安排正面吊將該集裝箱搬移至應(yīng)急處理區(qū)，啟動現(xiàn)場處置方案，一旦內(nèi)部有異常高溫，會啟用應(yīng)急噴槍進行持續(xù)降溫，待消防隊趕來后，與消防隊配合滅火，根據(jù)精萘的理化性質(zhì)，優(yōu)選干粉或二氧化碳滅火。通過以上措施的實施，我公司可以確保該貨物安全可控。

　　The fourth is to use advanced infrared temperature measurement systems to monitor the temperature of goods. Even if refined naphthalene leaks at the site, there is no need to panic. The safety officer on duty will immediately report the suspected leakage to the control center when patrolling the site, and then wear light chemical protective clothing to approach the control center for investigation. After confirming the leakage, the dispatcher will arrange a front crane to move the container to the emergency treatment area, and start the on-site treatment plan. Once there is abnormal high temperature inside, the emergency spray gun will be used for continuous cooling. When the fire brigade arrives, it will cooperate with the fire brigade to extinguish the fire. According to the physical and chemical properties of refined naphthalene, dry powder or carbon dioxide is preferred for extinguishing.
