萘是一種稠環(huán)芳香烴，是煤焦油中最豐富的成分，通常由蒸餾煤焦油和從焦?fàn)t煤氣回收制得，由兩個稠合的苯環(huán)構(gòu)成。根據(jù)純度不同，萘可分為工業(yè)萘、精萘和甲基萘，其中工業(yè)萘純度較低，一般約為96%，工業(yè)萘經(jīng)提純脫除雜質(zhì)及脫硫等工藝后得到高純度的精萘。工業(yè)萘外觀為白色或微紅、微黃色片狀結(jié)晶，有特殊臭味，易揮發(fā)、升華。

Naphthalene is a condensed aromatic hydrocarbon and the most abundant component in coal tar. It is usually produced by distilling coal tar and recovering it from coke oven gas, and consists of two condensed benzene rings. According to different purities, naphthalene can be divided into industrial naphthalene, refined naphthalene, and methyl naphthalene. Among them, industrial naphthalene has a lower purity, generally about 96%. Industrial naphthalene is purified to remove impurities and desulfurization processes to obtain high-purity refined naphthalene. Industrial naphthalene appears as white or slightly red, slightly yellow flaky crystals with a special odor, and is easily volatile and sublimated.

工業(yè)萘是重要的基礎(chǔ)化工原料，主要用于生產(chǎn)減水劑、精萘、苯酐、萘酚、萘胺、2，6 － 二烷基萘、2，6－ 萘二甲酸、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯( PEN)和H 酸等化工產(chǎn)品，是生產(chǎn)合成纖維、合成樹脂、增塑劑、橡膠防老劑、染料中間體、農(nóng)藥和醫(yī)藥等的原料。

Industrial naphthalene is an important basic chemical raw material, mainly used in the production of water reducing agents, refined naphthalene, phthalic anhydride, naphthol, naphthylamine, 2,6-dialkylnaphthalene, 2,6-naphthalenedioic acid, polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) and H-acid and other chemical products. It is a raw material for the production of synthetic fibers, synthetic resins, plasticizers, rubber anti-aging agents, dye intermediates, pesticides and pharmaceuticals.

近幾年來，我國工業(yè)萘進口量遠(yuǎn)高于出口量。由于國內(nèi)萘法苯酐產(chǎn)能不斷增長，工業(yè)萘市場缺口較大，且國內(nèi)工業(yè)萘市場價格偏高，工業(yè)萘出口量呈現(xiàn)出大幅下降態(tài)勢。從進出口國家來看，我國工業(yè)萘主要從日本、韓國、澳大利亞等地區(qū)進口，其中日本是我國工業(yè)萘主要進口國家，進口占比接近九成。

In recent years, the import volume of industrial naphthalene in China has far exceeded the export volume. Due to the continuous growth of domestic naphthalene phthalic anhydride production capacity, there is a large gap in the industrial naphthalene market, and the domestic industrial naphthalene market price is relatively high, resulting in a significant decline in the export volume of industrial naphthalene. From the perspective of import and export countries, China's industrial naphthalene is mainly imported from regions such as Japan, South Korea, and Australia. Among them, Japan is the main importer of industrial naphthalene in China, accounting for nearly 90% of imports.

我國工業(yè)萘生產(chǎn)企業(yè)數(shù)量較多，在環(huán)保監(jiān)管日益嚴(yán)格的背景下，部分工業(yè)萘落后產(chǎn)能逐步退出市場，短期內(nèi)大量進口的局面尚無法改變。

There are a large number of industrial naphthalene production enterprises in China. Against the backdrop of increasingly strict environmental supervision, some outdated industrial naphthalene production capacity is gradually withdrawing from the market, and the situation of large-scale imports in the short term cannot be changed.
